Julie’s owner passed away and Julie was relinquished to animal control. Julie is so very loving and loves to cuddle up with you. She will be a wonderful addition to any home. She is a very pretty one year old black short hair kitty and you can meet her at Petsmart. If you spend some time with Julie, we know you will want to take her home.
We are 104.5 BOB FM’s lucky chosen charity for this week’s BOB-B-Q Charity Lunch! Come enjoy a delicious lunch outdoors at the Grand Traverse County Civic Center Pavilions from Noon until 2:00 this Friday! You pay just $2 and your money goes directly to AC PAW to help our rescue pets.

Have you met Buster yet? He’s a three month old Catahoula mix puppy. Both of his littermates have already been adopted and now Buster is patiently waiting to find his forever home. He’s looking for a home with a fenced-in yard where he can get lots of exercise. Catahoulas are a working breed and will need to know their owner is the pack leader. They are great dogs for just the right person. Stop by and meet Buster at PetSmart on Saturday!
Maddie is a very sweet and willing girl. She loves to please when she understands what is expected of her. She will need some additional training in her new forever home. Maddie is a five year old black and white rat terrier and you can meet Maddie this Saturday during our adoption hours.
Ratchet and Miss Mr. are two of our “Grease Monkey” kitties. They came to AC PAW with their two littermates, Piston and Mittens. The kittens came to us from a car repair shop where they had lots of fun playing and getting covered with car grease, thus the name Grease Monkeys. It took two baths to get them all clean, but they are shining now and ready for their new homes. Piston has been adopted, but Ratchet, Miss Mr. (we thought she was a boy), and Mittens are up for adoption. They are the sweetest, most playful and fun kittens. Ratchet and Miss Mr. are very cute black and white long hair kitties. They are 10 1/2 weeks old and you can meet them this weekend at PetSmart during our adoption hours.

Congratulations to our rescue dog, Jack! After a very long wait for the perfect forever home he was officially ADOPTED on Saturday! Many thanks also go to his loving and patient foster family, Jane and Courtney Findley. We know they will miss Jack very much. \u003C3
Our Pet of the Week: Angus was transferred from Wexford Animal Control to AC PAW. He was missing patches of hair and the vet believes it was from flea allergies. After lots of loving care from his foster mom, his fur is starting to come back, but it will take a little time before Angus has his full coat back. Angus is such a nice kitty! He was a stray and has been through so much. It will take him a little while to warm up and learn to trust. This kitty deserves a chance to have a good life in a loving home. He will need someone who will understand his needs and will faithfully treat him for his allergies. Angus is a two year old very handsome black kitty with medium length hair. Stop by and meet Angus at PetSmart in Traverse City.
MISSING CAT: Harry has been missing for over two weeks from 9th St and Union St in Traverse City. He is unfamiliar with the area and greatly missed by his family. If you have seen him or have any information, please call his mom, Sara, at 231-633-3279.
